Fresno County Residents for Better Roads and Safe Streets, Sponsored by Nonprofit Community Organizations and Labor Organizations (“We” or “Us”) operates VoteYesonS.com (“Site”) and related phone, text, and email services (“Services”).  We respect your privacy.

Our policy is simple. We do not sell, rent or share your information. All information regarding visitors to our Site, our supporters, our partners, contacts or other consumers (“User”) that We reach through our Services are treated carefully and as described in this Privacy Policy. By using our Site, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms and Conditions.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we collect on the Site and via our Services, whether online, offline or by contacting us by phone or text, how we may use the information and the purposes for which we may use it, with whom we may share it and the choices available to you.
